Bio

EDUCATION
Ms. O’Halloran received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1986, and her juris doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 1989. She was Student Articles Editor for the Marquette Law Review, and a recipient of the Zilber Law and American Academy of Matrimonial Law scholarships.Ms. O’Halloran has also obtained extensive training in the field of dispute resolution. She holds a certificate in mediation from the Marquette University’s Graduate Center for Dispute Resolution.

Ms. O’Halloran is admitted to practice in the State of Wyoming and the State of Wisconsin.
RECOGNITIONS
Ms. O’Halloran is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and is selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America. She has also been selected for membership in Outstanding Lawyers of America, and has been selected as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer each year since 2005, and she was selected as a Mountain States Super Lawyer in 2016. She has also been listed as one of the top 25 Female Super Lawyers in Wisconsin.
MEMBERSHIPS AND AFFILIATIONS
Ms. O’Halloran served on the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Wisconsin Dispute Resolution Section. She served as Chair for the District 2 Committee for the State of Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regulation.
Additionally, she is the past Chair of the Divorce Cooperation Institute, and past President of the Society of Family Lawyers. She also served on the Collaborative and Cooperative Law Work Group for the Association of Conflict Resolution.

Ms. O’Halloran is a member of the Advisory Board at Marquette University Law School and sat on an Advisory Board at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin which addresses the psychological and psychiatric needs of children in the community. Ms. O’Halloran is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Friends of Pathways in Jackson, Wyoming.
