Bio

As a trial lawyer Ms. Lambrose has obtained millions in jury verdicts on behalf of clients in state and federal court. Most notably, Ms. Lambrose, and her co-counsel Paola Armeni, obtained a $1.6 million verdict against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in a 1983 Civil Rights action. Ms. Lambrose has also represented clients accused of crimes in State and Federal Court. Finally, Ms. Lambrose has experience litigating criminal and civil appeals in the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Currently, Ms. Lambrose’s firm provides general litigation support to the Nevada Department of Transportation for Project Neon, the billion dollar expansion of the I-15 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Lambrose also represents NDOT in multiple eminent domain actions related to Project Neon. Before her involvement with Project Neon, Ms. Lambrose represented NDOT in an inverse condemnation action in Henderson, Nevada. In that case, the landowner sought over $100 million in damages from NDOT. The case ultimately settled for less than $5 million.

Since 2013, Ms. Lambrose has been chair of the Trial Academy for the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar. The Trial Academy is presented every year during the State Bar Convention. Ms. Lambrose is also a trustee for the Clark County Law Library and trustee for the Nevada Bar Foundation and she is a voting member of the UNLV Boyd School of Law Alumni Association.

Ms. Lambrose also consistently represents clients on a pro bono basis, including providing her services to ask-a-lawyer programs for veterans and homeless people in the Las Vegas community.

In May 2015, Ms. Lambrose was invited by Chief Justice Hardesty to present the keynote speech at the new lawyers’ induction ceremony at the Supreme Court in Carson City, Nevada. In July 2015, the State Bar presented Ms. Lambrose, and her fellow Nevada Bar Foundation trustees, with the Access to Justice Award. That year, the Nevada State Bar also named Ms. Lambrose the 2015 Volunteer of The Year.
