Tom is a partner at Eckberg Lammers and the lead attorney of the Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice. A highly-skilled negotiator and litigator with more than 20 years experience in the field, Tom aggressively, yet compassionately seeks justice for individuals and families reeling from serious injury or death resulting from the negligence of others.

Based on his many years of experience, Tom understands that dealing with the physical and emotional pain of serious injury or the death of a loved one can be debilitating. When that pain is compounded by loss of income, significant medical bills or funeral expenses, many are left completely devastated and have no idea how to move forward.
