Bio

In my career as a trial attorney, I have handled/ litigated thousand(s) of case(s) in the State of Michigan District Court(s), State of Michigan Circuit Court(s), Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court. I have also appeared pro hac vice and have tried cases in multiple state(s) including, but not limited to the following; Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Utah, Maryland, and Arizona. In addition, I have appeared in Ontario Provincial Court. I belong to the following National Trial Lawyer sections; Workers Compensation Trial Lawyers, the National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association,  and the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers Association.  In addition, I have been a member of the Michigan Arbitration Association and I have completed the Labor Arbitration Advocacy case presentation training program. I have also been a member of the Michigan Counsel for family and divorce mediation. I am a member of the following section(s); the Michigan Bar Association: the negligence section, family law section, and the workers compensation section. I received certification pursuant to the Michigan court rules as a mediator. I have completed the domestic violence screening protocol training. I have been admitted a Senior Counsel in the American College of Barristers, a member of the College of Master Advocates and Barristers as a Senior Counsel, a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution. I have an Associates degree from Henry Ford Community College, a Bachelor degree from Michigan State University, a Masters degree from University of Michigan in psychology and am a member of the National Psychological Association, and a  graduate of University of Detroit Law School. I have also completed post graduate courses at University of Michigan. I have also taken graduate courses at Wayne State University Law School, Oakland University, Eastern Michigan University, and Fordham University. I have taught law related courses at the college level. I am a member of the Michigan Association for Justice. I have been a member of the top 100 trial lawyers since 2012. I have also been named one of the ten best attorneys for exceptional and outstanding client service since 2015.
