Bio

C. Frank Holthaus practices in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Holthaus has successfully represented numerous victims in personal injury litigation and has achieved multiple seven and six figure recoveries. He has served as plaintiff counsel in class actions in federal and state courts. Mr. Holthaus is one of only a very few lawyers who has both defended and prosecuted class actions. He has and continues to be among The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in Civil Litigation. As one of only four lawyers in the State of Louisiana to be certified in criminal trial law by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, he has achieved verdicts of not guilty and the immediate release of the accused in cases involving RICO, Murder, Bank Fraud, Labor Racketeering, Hobbs Act Violations, Interstate Transportation of Stolen Property, Trade Secret Theft, Federal Jury Tampering and more. In multiple venues he has represented clients in matters alleging Tax Fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Industrial Espionage, and Anti-Trust. Mr. Holthaus' business litigation experience extends broadly and includes representing numerous energy, industrial, and commercial clients in federal and state courts as well as before administrative bodies.
