Bio

Dan is of counsel to the Righi Fitch Law Group where he practices in the area of civil litigation. His practice areas include personal injury, insurance, and business disputes. Dan represents clients throughout Arizona and he represents clients as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants.

 

Dan is routinely selected as a mediator and arbitrator as a solo arbitrator, or as a member of a panel. His hourly rate for alternative dispute resolution work is $325 per hour. Dan does not charge for scheduling, opening or closing of files, or for cancellations (subject to any hearing preparations completed in advance of the cancellation). Travel charges outside of Maricopa County are billed at one-half of Dan’s hourly rate.

 

Dan is a trial lawyer and was elected to be a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 2011. ABOTA is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to the preservation of the civil jury trial. Membership is only open to members with significant trial experience.

 

Martindale-Hubbell, the directory of American law firms, has awarded Dan its highest (AV-Preeminent) rating. Dan was included in Southwest Super Lawyers from 2011-2015.

 

Dan is a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Fee Arbitration and Civil Rules committees. Dan was first appointed as a Maricopa County judge pro tempore in 2006. Dan is also a board and faculty member for the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy.
