Bio

Mr. Nessler has represented and continues to represent injured persons and their families in all varieties of injury and wrongful death cases throughout Illinois. Mr. Nessler practices plaintiffs' personal injury law, handling catastrophic injury cases including vehicular injury, workers' compensation, defective products, clerical misconduct, chemical exposure, explosions and fire, premises liability, animal attacks and medical negligence.

Mr. Nessler has lectured, and continues to lecture, on personal injury, tort law, clerical misconduct, alternative dispute resolution, civil practice and related topics.

Mr. Nessler has been named a Super Lawyer by Illinois Super Lawyers: 2009-2017.

Mr. Nessler has been named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by American Trial Lawyers Association: 2009-2017

He has been named a Top 100 Litigator by the American Society of Legal Advocates.
