Bio

As the founder of The Lambrou Law Firm P.C., Lambros Y. Lambrou works with clients across the country, representing them in catastrophic personal injury matters and medical malpractice matters. He focuses his practice on wrongful death, medical malpractice, labor law, construction accidents along with other types of personal injury cases. The cases he handles arise out of infant birth trauma, failure to diagnose cancer, failing to perform surgery properly as well as other types of medical malpractice cases.  He has also sucessfully handled slip and falls cases, auto accident cases, scaffolding collapses as well as accidents resulting in castastrophic injuries and death.

A graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Mr. Lambrou worked for a once well-known law firm that specialized in medical malpractice and personal injury, earning the position of partner in less than 6 years. Leaving that firm to start his own practice and concentrate on his own clients.

The welfare of his clients is important to Mr. Lambrou. He offers a sympathetic ear, prepares them for the trial and explains how the legal process works. As a result of his diligence and hard work, he has achieved great success in the courtroom, using his legal knowledge and skills to win clients multimillion-dollar awards. Unlike most other lawyers, Mr. Lambrou often employs jury research techniques on the cutting edge of trial law, by conducting mock jury focus groups to gather essential information as to how a jury interprets and synthesizes important facts in any given case. These expensive and useful techniques employed by a small fraction of trial attorneys nationally, ensures great insight into the minds of juror deciding the outcome of important cases. He adopted these techniques after completeing the "Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course" taught at Harvard University by the American Association of Justice.  These techniques inevitably increase the size of the recoveries for his clients. One of his larger recoveries, after mock focus group research, was a $6,000,000.00 settlement in a motor vehicle accident where a plaintiff was severely injured when struck by a truck operated by a drunk driver.  In another case where he empaneled a mock focus group, he obtained a guaranteed $5.8 million payout for an infant in a birth trauma case against a hospital. In yet another case concerning a scaffolding accident and resulted in a settlement of $1.125 million for the client.

His legal skills and dedication to ethical representation has earned him the highest possible rating of AV-Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell For the last 11 years in a row.

He has also received other highly coveted awards in the legal arena by being selected for the following honors:
