Mr. Monzione was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in October 1996, was admitted to the California Bar in 1981, and to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1982. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Court of Hawaii, the Northern, Central, and Eastern United States District Courts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Mr. Monzione maintains his principal office in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, with offices in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and San Francisco, California.

Attorney Monzione has been representing clients in a variety of cases since being admitted to the bar in California in 1981, first as an associate and later as a partner of legendary trial attorney Melvin M. Belli, Sr., one of the founders of N.A.C.C.A., which later became ATLA and is now the AAJ. He is a past President of the N.H.A.J., a member of several professional associations, including A.A.J. He has presented papers and has lectured throughout the country, including New Hampshire, to attorney associations, physicians associations, pharmacist groups, and other professional groups and associations, and has litigated cases in at least 16 different states throughout the country through pro hac vice admissions. In the course of his career, Mr. Monzione has been lead counsel or principal counsel on several cases which have resulted in multi-million dollar recoveries, settlements and verdicts, resulting in recoveries of approximately $100 million dollars.

Some of Attorney Monzione’s trial and litigation experience includes the representation of clients in toxic tort cases, product liability cases, medical malpractice cases, pharmaceutical and medical devices cases, traumatic brain injury cases, airline disaster cases, copyright infringement cases, and business and contract disputes. Such cases include human rights litigation against deposed President of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, breast implant litigation, tobacco litigation, including the first such case to be tried in 1985 of Galbraith v. R.J. Reynolds, et al. in Santa Barbara, California, the MGM Grand Hotel fire cases, the downing of KL Flight 007, the downing of Pan Am Flight 103 litigation, toxic contamination cases against Diamond Shamrock and U.S. Radium Corp., wrongful termination against Bechtel, litigation against the CIA, the Exxon Valdez oil spill litigation, and copyright infringement against CBS and Lorimar Productions, to name some.

He has appeared on several national television programs such as “Entertainment Tonight,” “Nightline,” American Justice,” “Phil Donahue,” and others.
