Bio

Jake founded Anderson | Hinkins. Jake enjoys assisting clients in navigating the legal system to achieve the best possible solutions. Jake approaches every legal solution with confidence and intelligence. He recognizes that his clients’ needs differ, and he believes that clients are best served when they are truly understood. Jake is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Top 100 and The Order of Barristers. Jake has been recognized in Utah Business Magazine's Legal Elite as well as being named a Mountain States Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Jake received his undergraduate education at Snow College and Southern Utah University. He received his law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law where he was and ambassador and was named Civil Clinic Student of the Year. Jake was on the Moot Court Board and Client Counseling Board at UNL. Jake is a member of the Aldon J. Anderson American Inn of Court. Jake is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
