Ms. Palmer has been traversing the territory between litigation and technology for two decades. As an attorney, defending claims against businesses in the medical, insurance, trucking, and automotive industries for 20 years, she recognized the significance of dangers presented at the intersections between data and discovery, business practices and policy/procedure, digital security and the workplace, and saw the need for compliance testing, training and maintenance in all manner of businesses.

Today, she is a well-known speaker, consultant, trainer, and strategist on issues concerning data security, regulatory compliance (including, financial, HIPAA and marketing regulations) evidentiary preservation of and use of data in the courtroom, litigation hold and preservation demand construction and monitoring; technology related policies and procedures, employee privacy, data confidentiality, and ethics in the digital age. She represents and consults with for-profit and non-profit clients in the areas of General and Strategic Planning for Business; General Business Litigation; Transportation; Personal Injury; Insurance; Warranty; Product Liability; and the management of early evaluation of catastrophic events. Additionally, she serves as outside general counsel for a number of local and regional businesses as well as serving as dedicated electronic process and procedures counsel, advising and consulting with clients, insurers and attorneys regarding audit and litigation readiness, regulatory compliance concerning electronic records and communications, and all manner of data protection, preservation, and related policy/procedure implementation and training.

Along with her business partner, Ms. Palmer has grown her companies on the premise that legal assistance, when client focused, risk-sensitive, and predictably budgeted, is key to the growth and maintenance of all business, for profit and non-profit. Further, that technology presents business with great risk if not properly considered, and with great opportunity, when understood, respected and run within a properly drafted set of policies and procedures. Forecast Compliance Group is a technology consulting firm which works with clients to assess technology risks and develop strategies and protocol to minimize data related risks. Resolution Legal Group is a full-service, client-centered law firm dedicated to long-term partnerships with business and individuals. RLG provides unique billing programs for clients, operates on estimates and contracts for legal services to minimize billing surprises, and offers a customizable General Counsel package for Start-ups, For-Profits, and Non-Profits.

Ms. Palmer received her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law and court admissions include the U.S. Court of Appeal, 10th Circuit; and all U.S. District Courts for Oklahoma. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association; Oklahoma Association of

Defense Counsel (Board Member, 2010-2014); Trial Attorneys of America, (Board Member,

2009-2014); American Bar Association (ABA, TIPS committee Vice Chair 2012- 2014) and the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) (Program Committee, 2010). She has served various community organizations as a board member and strategic planning consultant.
