Bailey Peavy Bailey Cowan Heckaman attorney Aaron Heckaman has spent his career representing victims of injustice ever since he received his license to practice law. He has successfully represented people throughout the United States in cases ranging from personal injury, product liability, pharmaceutical, and toxic tort claims. Before attending South Texas College of Law, Aaron received his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration in Information and Operation Management. While in law school, he was an associate editor for the Corporate Counsel Review and represented his school in the mock trial program. Before joining Bailey Peavy Bailey Cowan Heckaman, Aaron worked for two nationally recognized trial law firms. His work as an attorney has led to national recognition from multiple organizations, including being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, and was selected to Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America in 2016. Aaron is currently a member of the Texas Bar College, the American Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
