Bio

Eric Zajac enjoys extensive experience as a courtroom litigator. He has been litigating product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction accidents, auto accidents and other claims for over 20 years. As an active litigator in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he has been recognized as a SuperLawyer in both states. He has also been recognized as a Top Attorney in Pennsylvania for two straight years. Eric is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership to ABOTA is by invitation only. To qualify, members must meet rigorous qualifications. Eric has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell's peer review rating system for 10 straight years. Eric is also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to select attorneys who have achieved million dollar settlements and verdicts. Eric is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned an honors degree in Psychology and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. While at Villanova, he was the winning finalist and Best Oralist in the Reimel Moot Court Competition. Eric is the author of two published law review articles. He also co-authored, "For the Plaintiff: Determining and Proving Damages; For the Defense: Limiting Damages in Pennsylvania," a manual published by the National Business Institute, Inc. (1993). Eric has lectured on legal ethics and prepared written materials for continuing legal education seminars. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as all Pennsylvania federal courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
