Dave DeGreeff focuses his entire practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on complex pharmaceutical/medical device actions and catastrophic personal injury. Dave has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, up to and through trial.

Dave is currently involved in representing clients injured by numerous pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices, including, among others, the prescription hypertension drug olmesartan (brand names Benicar, Benicar HCT, Azor and Tribenzor), prescription testosterone replacement therapy drugs (brand names AndroGel, Testim, Axiron, Androderm, Testopel, Fortesa, Depo-Testosterone, Striant and Delatestryl), and the medical devices commonly known as inferior vena cava filters. In addition to his product liability work, Dave continues to handle catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
