Mr. Neal is a second generation Georgia Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Trial Lawyer who is AV Pre-eminent rated with nearly a quarter century of in depth trial and litigation experience, he is a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates Forum, known as the "Top Trial Lawyers of America," he is a Member of the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100, he is a Lifetime Charter Member of Best Attorneys of America, and he has been chosen as one of the "Top Lawyers of Georgia" 2014-2017. Mr. Neal is also a Member of the Melvin M. Belli Society, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Neal has 24 years of intense trial experience, including a three year stint out of law school as a state felony prosecutor where he tried a broad array of criminal cases - from murder to shoplifting. Finley, 313 Ga. App. 153, 721 S.E.2d 156 (2011), certiorari denied 2012 Ga. Lexis 387, insurance coverage in drunk driving situations involving a company vehicle, Great American Life Ins. Co. v. Anderson, No. 15-12540, D. C. No. 1:14-cv-00112-JRH-BKE (11th Cir., Feb. 8, 2017), punitive damages involving tampering with witnesses and evidence, Hill v. USA Truck, Inc., 2007 WL 1574545 (D.S.C.), and the reversal of a malice murder verdict where Mr. Neal subsequently obtained an acquittal of his client on all counts in Lindsey v. State, 271 Ga. App. 657 (1999).
