Bio

Stuart L. Goldenberg is the senior partner and president of GoldenbergLaw, PLLC. Stuart founded GoldenbergLaw in 1986 with the belief that injury law should be practiced with client service and dignity. Since then he has handled some of the largest pharmaceutical, personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability cases in the country- including cases involving wrongful death, brain injury, and injuries causing paralysis.

Stuart has led or helped to lead drug and device cases around the United States. He is on the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee in the Bard IVC filter Products Liability Litigation and the Benicar (Olmesartan) Products Liability Litigation. For his success in winning million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, Stuart has been elected to the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates Forum and top 100 trial lawyers by American Trial Lawyers Association.

Among his pro bono work, Stuart served as a volunteer attorney for victims of the I-35W bridge collapse and victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
